What do you get when a Mallard Duck lays her eggs in from of the Treasury Department in Washington, DC? A wonderful unexpected project!
The 200th Anniversary of Lewis and Clark became very real to students all over the US and Canada!

O.R.E.O. 2013
Join in the 15th year of the O.R.E.O. project --
Back by popular demand is the double stuf challenge as well as the "That's the Way the Cookie Tumbles" favorite!
Project Dates: September 16 to October 4, 2013
This project is now over.


This project is open to PreSchool through Third Grade Students. Students will
reinforce (and learn) math skills using the seeds of a pumpkin. Extension ideas
will be provided as well as online opportunities to share their experiences and

We will celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the Gettysburg Address.
Part of the festivities will include a simultaneous reading
of this most famous speech!

Enjoy the holiday season as you share and receive greeting cards from all
over the world. A very fun way to learn mapping and geography skills! This
year's theme will be Mittens & Hats!

This project is now over

This project will be saluting the National Parks of the USA as well as National Parks around the world. Opportunities will be provided to link classrooms together as well as skype conversations with National Park experts!
Project Dates: February - April 2014

PreSchool to Third Grade students will reinforce graphing, grouping, counting,
and more as they use the marshmellow shapes in a box of Lucky Charms.
Classrooms are also encouraged to extend this project with Skype.

Celebrating our 3rd year with Picture It, students around the world will be collaborating to create one unique piece of artwork. THEME: Van Gogh's Starry Night
